Delivery Information

Please allow for 21 days for delivery.  If you haven't received your order in that time, please email contact@esmeknight.com with your query and we will look into any issues and endeavour to resolve them as quickly as possible.  If you are on mainland Europe, this time frame may be slightly extended.  Our drop-shipping partners have fulfilment centres in the EU, but our In-House distribution could be affected by current trade/travel issues related to Covid, or Brexit. Please get in touch if you experience any problems.

Any In-House items you purchase - so that's anything that is shipped directly from us - have FREE UK DELIVERY.  All pending orders are processed on a weekly basis, so don't worry if your order status isn't updated right away, it will fall into the following weeks distribution cycle.  If for any reason there is a further delay, you will notified by email. Otherwise your order will be processed and shipped as above and should be with you within the standard 21 days via Royal Mail.

Outsourced/Drop Shipped items take  5-7 business days to complete and ship from their fulfilment centre, and carry a delivery charge as set by the fulfilment company.  All delivery costs are stated in the product description and detailed further at checkout. You will not be charged extra for multiples of the same item, but other items in your basket may incur separate charges.  These costs are fixed by the distributor and are based on weight and location.

You will only be charged once for delivery at time of purchase.

All items are listed as either In-House or Outsourced in the product description, with any delivery cost stated if applicable.  If you are ordering multiple items that are sourced differently, your order will dispatched as two or more deliveries; once from us for the In-House items, and then the outsourced items dispatched from the fulfilment centres.  Again, any queries; just get in touch.
